Ms. Susanna Wong graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) with a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, specializing in Human Resources. She later obtained her post-graduate degree in Education, majoring in English, from CUHK and the University of Toronto, as well as a master’s degree in English Language Teaching from CUHK.
As a highly regarded member of the Global Training and Consulting Community, and as an affiliated trainer at NLP University in Santa Cruz, California, Ms. Wong possesses numerous certifications. These include being a Certified Global Master Trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Certified A.C.H.E. Clinical Hypnotherapist, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), as well as a Certified Empowerment, Entrepreneur, Executive, and Organizational Development Coach. Furthermore, she is also accredited as a Certified DISC Trainer and a Certified Human Behavior Consultant.
Boasting 20 years of experience in training, coaching, and consulting, Ms. Wong has worked with prestigious global corporations such as UOB, Natixis, HSBC, PwC, and Stephen Harwood, as well as clients in various manufacturing industries, including aircraft, clothing, electronics, glassware, stone, and food and drink manufacturing. She is a visionary leader who founded and directs LL Training and Consultancy (Hong Kong & Guangzhou, China) and the International NLP & Coaching Academy (USA). She also serves as the Vice President of Training & Development at Labor Relations Specialists LLC (USA) and is an Executive Coach at WeLead Coaching – Coaching for Leaders Worldwide (USA, France & Italy). Her areas of expertise include communication, leadership, high-performance coaching, presentation skills, and emotional intelligence. Her expertise in these areas has earned her recognition as one of the top 10 most promising executive coaches in Hong Kong in 2024 by Asia Business Outlook.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Wong is also an accomplished Toastmaster, having achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) status. She has served as Club Growth Director, Division Director, and Club President, and won Speech Championships at various levels. As the Founding President of the Professional Trainers Toastmasters Club (Hong Kong) and SoCal EMB Toastmasters (USA), she has presented at conferences in Districts 85, 89, and 118. A sought-after keynote speaker, she continually engages and challenges her audiences with fresh insights.
A globetrotter at heart, Ms. Wong has traveled to over 180 cities across more than 40 countries, studied in Hong Kong, Toronto, New York, and California, and conducted people skills training in Asia, Europe, and America. Her versatility, flexibility, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin make her an excellent educator who adapts seamlessly to the learning needs of every individual.

Ms. Alfi Wu received her degree in English, specializing in Business English, and also holds a master's degree in Language Studies, specializing in Translation and Interpretation, from City University of Hong Kong.
Alfi has over 5 years of experience in coaching and consulting, along with providing financial planning for individuals, families, and private business owners. She has not only helped them in creating multiple income sources, but also manages risks, which makes them feel relieved and empowered while pursuing their career and life goals.
Passionate about training and public speaking, Alfi has organized many training activities and served as a guest speaker. Training topics range from team building, career transformation, financial management , public speaking to general people skills. Alfi excels at developing training materials from everyday life and work, enabling her to impress participants with her authentic, practical and relatable training style.
Alfi values personal growth and believes "possible in the world, possible for everyone". Alfi is also a Registered Financial Planner, a certified Breakthrough Consultant, and a certified NLP Master Practitioner from NLP University in the US.

Nur is a graduated 2016 NLP Master Trainer, Facilitator and Transformational Entrepreneur, a Certified 2015 Success Factor Modeling, plus a graduated NLP Global Trainer and Consultant and a new member of the Global Training and Consulting Community from NLPUniversity (NLPU), University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC) and Dilts Strategy Group.
2014 Certified Teacher Coach by Match Education, USA. 2013 Third Generation Master Practitioner of NLP and NLP Coach graduated from the NLPU. She is actively doing research and using NLP for education since 2010.

Nur holds a degree in Translation and Interpretation from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) 2006. Teacher of General, Business & Technical English since 2000. Certified Teacher of Spanish and Catalan as foreign languages since 1996. Teacher of Administration & Commercial Affairs since 1993. Tutor and Teacher of General, Business & Technical English for High School, Upper Secondary Education and Occupational Formation (Vocational Studies), and Higher Technical Education for 10 years.
She has either worked, studied or lived in Spain, France, UK, The Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Malta. Travels to UK and the USA for work & trainings. Nur has collaborated on the CLIL research project with the UAB for four years. Occasional freelance translator and interpreter.
Nur Garriga is the founder and director of her own Creative English and Coaching Center in Barcelona area since 2014.
